A little breakdown of our new rhythms....all available from this week via Zoom, real-time, from our homes to yours.
P O T I O N
A fluid-flow practice, best suited to experienced practitioners. It’s not ‘advanced’ in any physical sense; none of our shared practices are. If we were in a London studio, it would be marked as Level 1-2.
A progressive flow using repetition and trickier transitions to create a moving meditation. Like all our offerings, you modify and play to suit your moment.
This is a playful posture potion, drenched in breath and lightness. An elixir of lightness, brightness, trickiness, balance….and all the parts that shimmer and glimmer.

A slower flow. Sometimes a little slow…others, really slow. Just depends on how the mood takes us. Suited to all levels. A moving meditation that doesn’t let the good parts be skipped.
This is our preferred speed to practice. Where every sweep, every gesture and all the moments in-between add up to this delicious, intoxicating sense of feeling and being.
In a world that’s crazy fast, a slower mo flow is necessary to take life down a gear. Slow is strong.
A U R O R A
This one is suited for beginners and those interested in new ways of exploring what it means to be aligned, open and awake. A lot of time is dedicated to a certain tenet or approach of the physicality of posture. It could be strengthening, lengthening or focused on a specific part or practice. Not in a boring way. In a very felt sense. You’ve got to feel it to understand it. This one shares opportunities to light up the dark spaces. The places that have become rigid or sore or neglected.
It’s good to learn how to open the body in new ways.
Y I E L D
The relaxing practice where we let go and breathe life into our tired body; deep to the bones.
The dive in. Sometimes accompanied by techniques to relax, restore and rest. Like being read a bedtime story, whilst embraced by a loved one, with a hot cocoa under a starry sky. This one is accessible to all, even complete beginners. Especially good for those that need to pause…especially those that hate to!
L I G H T
In two parts:
First: our book club, which we are starting up again. We’ll read non-yoga books about yoga.
Second: a monthly opportunity for us to share whatever we feel called to. To shine the light. And to coax the light within more. May be movement, meditation, both or neither. But it promises to be an opportunity to surrender open and feel the light pulsation from within…more and more and more.
